İade ve Uyuşmazlık Politikası

Satın aldığınız üründen tamamen memnun kalmazsanız size yardımcı olmaktan memnuniyet duyarız.
Müşterilerimizin alışverişlerinden memnun kalmasını önemsiyoruz. Eğer siparişinizden memnun kalmazsanız, ürünü teslim aldıktan sonra 30 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.
İade işleminin yapılabilmesi için ürünün kullanılmamış olması ve orijinal ambalajında gönderilmesi gerekmektedir. Ürün hasarlı, kusurlu veya yanlış gönderilmediği sürece iade kargo ücreti müşteriye ait olabilir.
İade edilen ürün tarafımıza ulaşıp incelendikten sonra ödemeniz, satın alma sırasında kullandığınız ödeme yöntemine iade edilir. İade işlemleri genellikle 5–10 iş günü içerisinde tamamlanır.
Siparişiniz hasarlı, kusurlu veya yanlış teslim edilirse lütfen teslimattan sonraki 7 gün içinde bizimle iletişime geçin. Size değişim veya iade konusunda yardımcı olacağız.
Siparişinizle ilgili herhangi bir sorun yaşarsanız, ödeme sağlayıcınız üzerinden bir uyuşmazlık (dispute) başlatmadan önce destek ekibimizle iletişime geçmenizi rica ederiz. Sorunu en hızlı şekilde çözmek için yardımcı olacağız.
